Curious about the carnival glass vase you got from your great Aunt? How about the cast iron firetruck you found in your basement?

Mysteries no more! Unravel the mystery with our team of expert appraisers at the Antique Treasure Show, presented by Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites (HBMS).
On October 8, from 12:00 – 3:00 PM, five professional appraisers will conduct both walk-in and in-depth appraisals in the tented garden behind Moravian Museum of Bethlehem (66 West Church St.)

In-depth appraisals begin at noon and are limited to the first 20 sign-ups; participants should submit photos and any known background on their objects three days before the event. An appraiser will then conduct research and issue an official appraiser’s report. At 1:30, walk-up appraisals start for on-the-spot assessments of one object per person. Appraisers are from Dotta Auction, Alderfer Auction, Houser Auctioneers, and the Saucon Valley Auction Company.

In-depth appraisals are $25 for HBMS members, and $30 for HBMS non-members. Walk-up appraisals are $15 for HBMS members, and $20 for non-members. Don’t have a treasure to appraise? That’s okay! You can still join in the excitement and watch. Enjoy light refreshments and free admission to the Moravian Museum of Bethlehem. Spectator tickets are free for HBMS members, and $5 for non-members.
